Extended Stay America Suites- Tampa - Casino Area

This hotel opened in 2025 and is still feeling fresh and new. Chawntel, managing the front desk, is welcoming and friendly atop of managing housekeeping. The location is fine as within 15 mins you are near to the major retailers and restaurants. The hotel and accommodations are basic, but I appreciate a full size refrigerator, sink and cook top. The pet fee is roughly $25 for a night. The breakfast is some grab and go bars, muffins, oatmeal and coffee. For the price, this hotel fits my needs and I would visit again if in the area.

I saw this property while driving by the night before I checked in. New to the area. I called them and spoke to Ms. Tracy who was professional and polite on the home answering my questions. The next day I came and met Sam at the front desk and I requested to see a room, and she immediately agreed except the cleaning staff was attending to them but she assured me that I would see the room in about 30 minutes. I left and returned an hour and a half later. When I returned I was warmly greeted by Ms. Will who ended up showing me not one but two different rooms. The room with the Queen and King bed. The were both spacious with modern amenities and a beautiful layout. Both were a nice efficiency type room for light cooking with two counter top burners and a full size fridge. I chose the King. See pictures. Ms. Will was very professional and explained everything clearly. She even pointed me to the website for a better reservation experience and it saved me tremendously. She’s definitely a true professional and obviously enjoys helping others. Thanks Ms. Will.

10/10 definitely recommend I have been living here a little over a month while hunting for my very own place to call home. The rooms are super clean staff is kind and always helpful holding the doors asking if you need anything and they even offer to clean your room bathroom and kitchen as well as change the sheets for you. It's never a hassle to get anything you need and always done with a smile . Myrtha especially is always super sweet and has helped me out with top tier service on many occasions. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few days or even a few months look no further! They serve a light breakfast every morning muffins breakfast bars oatmeal coffee or hot chocolate and it's all included in your stay! What more can you ask for then to have a truly clean place to stay and I almost forgot to mention that the rooms come equipped with a full sized fridge and freezer and a hot top with two places to cook on there is microwave for reheating food and a desk and plenty of storage for your personals as well as in the kitchen for food. I have absolutely loved my stay here and would definitely be recommending to any family friends I know thanks extended stay America for giving me a great transition into my own place.

Our stay at Extended Stay America was great! The staff is so nice, patient and professional! The room was super clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The process for check in was smooth as well as the checkout process even with a late check out being requested and granted! They have really good coffee and offer a light grab and go breakfast. Initially, the lobby smelled like cigarettes but I’m sure it may have been from people smoking outside so don’t let that run you away. Once you walk through the double doors after check in it smells clean and like freshly washed laundry! Will definitely be back to stay here when we return! Thank you to the staff!!

Ms. Will was amazing! She was kind and welcoming with a big smile and jokes. The rooms were clean, the bed was pretty comfortable, and the shower has good pressure. Don't count on getting anything for breakfast from their "grab and go" style breakfast. The selection seemed to run out pretty quickly.

WILL @ the desk was very friendly. She checked me in quickly and told me all the info I needed for my stay. (WiFi, breakfast, parking, etc) Last time I stayed we had some housekeeping issues but that problem seems to be resolved! No complaints at all. Like I said previously Miss Will does a wonderful job!

How refreshing to have a nice clean room with friendly service. Our flight was cancelled due to a winter storm. We needed a handicap room and we were not disappointed. Brandi was training on front desk and I have to say what an amazing person she is and they are lucky to have her. I wanted to check the rooms before we checked in (bad experience at another location). I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and open they were. We had to wait to check in. Brandi allowed us to do some laundry while we waited. She made sure my handicapped mother was able to use the restroom until we could get into our room. Ms. Will helped check us in. We were given a goodie bag and a bottle of water. Sometimes it’s just the small things in life that make a miserable situation better. I am truly thankful for all the ladies on the front desk who helped us through while we waited for our room. Continental breakfast was serviced which is wonderful when you are from out of town and you don’t know anything about the area you are stuck in. Who doesn’t like a cup of coffee in the morning. If I ever make it back to Florida I would 100% stay here. Thank you again ladies you truly turned our day around and we couldn’t be more thankful.

The front desk staff, especially chawntel , was so helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived and for the rest of the stay she definitely made us feel welcomed Definitely a 5 star review due to chawntel and her exceptional service thank you so much to chawntel!
